Shipping & Return Policy

Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 2 to 4 business days in Cairo, Giza, and Delta governorates, and within 5 to 6 business days in other governorates.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Order Inspection: Order inspection is available before payment upon delivery.

Order Rejection or Change of Mind: If the customer refuses or cancels the order after it has arrived, and the order matches the advertised description and is in good condition, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fees as determined by the shipping company, based on their location.

Damaged or Defective Orders: If the order arrives damaged or defective, whether due to us or the shipping company, the customer has the right to refuse the order without any charges.

Warranty: All our products come with a 14-day warranty from the date of receipt, except for cleaning products.

Exchange or Return Policy: In the case of exchange or return after receiving and inspecting the order, the customer will bear the full shipping and return/exchange costs.

Cleaning Products: Cleaning products of all kinds cannot be returned or exchanged once received by the customer.

Product Condition: Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (box, cover, or bag)
